Methodology to elaborate BAP

BIO-EN-AREA Partners agreed on the methodology to follow for the elaboration of Regional Biomass Action Plans.
The proposal was discussed during the Technical Meeting in Kilkenny last April.
The document has been designed following a sequential structure:
Introduction - Analyses - Objectives – Public actions (Measures) - Conclusions
It introduces the parts or sections to elaborate the Plan, including a basic description of those sections' content.
This proposal is based on an initial integration process between the published bioenergy Plans among BIO-EN-AREA Partners (South-East Region, Ireland and Castilla y León, Spain) ....
